This release brings several major features:

- Out-of-the-box basic XHTML support that provides additional
  convenience for web site content management.
- Out-of-the-box GCA Proceedings support. Now participants of 
  XML Conference, and XML Europe Conference may use Serna for creating 
  proceedings of their presentations.
- Greatly enhanced New Document Dialog.
- A number of enhancements to Attributes Dialog.
