Please go to the home page for this list and read the posting guidelines
and try to formulate your question in a way that you have a chance of
understanding the answer. You have been given several correct answers to
the question that you have asked but you keep asserting that something
didn't work (you don't say what you did, or what happened) so either you
asked the wrong question, or you are interpretting the answer
incorrectly.

I would guess that you are not taking account of the current context
when you execute the code.

You ask:

how do I get from here to the road?

you get the answer,

open the door and walk down the path

you reply

there is no door.

it turns out that you are already outside the house at the point you try
to interpret the answer, so you just need to

"walk down the path"

or perhaps you are in a different room, so you need to walk in to the
hall before opening the door.

If you don't say, we can only guess...

David
