DD: Outline for "Crash course in Scheme"?

All of the outlines so far have listed the heading "Crash course in
Scheme" (or words to that effect) and have not developed its
contents.  I'm not the best person to develop that outline, so does
anyone have suggestions for what should be included in a "Crash course
in Scheme"?
