I've been using Corel's 'cvt' program (from the unix Word Perfect 5.1
package) to convert rtf to ascii, and it doesn't do tables right. Same
     thing for the rtf-tools package's rtf2text.

Is anyone working on the text backend to Jade that is mentioned on its
web page? How much work would it be? Most flow objects would probably
     just get ignored, I suppose.
