bop-footnotes with docbook and DSSSL

Hi, I am using Walsh DSSSL stylesheets to process my phd thesis written
with Docbook 3.1.
I am generating TeX and then PDF.

In my customization layer I activated the parameter bop-footnotes but my

footnotes keep showing at the end of each chapter. Should I do something

that I am not doing (using some switch with jade?)?
