At www.askemos.org you might find something useful for you: a
distributed, intrusion resistant operating system.  It is written in
Scheme.  Bigloo is not yet capable to compile it, but chicken and
rscheme do.  At application level there XSLT and DSSSL available.
Both at the moment just as a subset.  Furthermore you have SXPath,
R5RS and some SRFI's at you disposal.
