Hi Mark

Could you use <named-content>  with @content-type=bspeechb or
bspeakerb  within <textural-form>?

Perhaps there is a request here to add <speech> model to <textural-form>. This
would be particularly relevant to <media> objects that are becoming more
common place.

What I'm unsure of is how best to associate this with the media object, as its
transcript (since <textual-form> can't contain <speech>)
