Addendum: One suggestion I've already received (by Gerrit) is :

Hi everyone,

first post to this list.

I have a text that uses empty lines between paragraphs (sometimes with a
dinkus or an asterism) to denote a thought break. How would you tag that? I
don't think there's a dedicated element, right? Any suggestions?
