Side note: I'm much less convinced that XSL should be able to process
comments. Retain them, perhaps, to document the source material. Generate
them, perhaps, to document the transformation applied. But anything which
is actually meaningful to a program should have been designed as part of
the document or a PI to begin with. This may be a hopelessly idealistic
position....
