Maybe not entirely off-topicas some of those papers are/were a
really good resource for XML and XSLT users.

If we got permission, maybe we could host them at www.w3.org, or,
maybe Balisage could host them, again given permission from the
individual authorswhere possible?

It may or may not be off topic to say that I am confident that this will be a hot topic next week at Balisage (where I expect to see you).
