The only way to get the specs is to pay $100+ for the official documents
from a beaurocratic agency.
Or you could buy some CC software (cheaper) and then attempt to reverse
engineer it by studying the overscan area, or by experimenting with the
2600. All we know is which scanlines are used, and the basic character
set. Read back via the Web archive for that.
