I had originally designed Oystron to be 90% PAL/NTSC switchable: that is
tables for colours, video sync, timing and even fractional increments so
that objects could go at the same speed in both versions. Then everything
but the sync has been dropped to favour more gameplay features... :-)

It would be nice to see a real multi-standard program and Chris' v-pet
game, not being supposedly very complex, could be a good candidate.
