I'm planning a PAL-version too. This could have 
a much higher playfield if i have enough RAM to store
the additional visible the player graphics. With 50Hz
also might be able to use the extra overscan and 
vblank time for some improvement..

At the moment it's just some testing code that simply
jumps to the right place. I haven't done any timing
