*LOL*
That's cool! Actually that's where I ripped the sprites from! :-)
No kidding! I had to resize & modify them and rearrange the color scheme
to the VCs' abilities, but I started with a disassembly of High Noon :-)

The coach now is straight outta the Atari 800 Gunfight. I zoomed a
screenshot in Paintshop Pro until it displayed the grid & then typed all
'1's & '0's by hand into notepad.

High Noon is superb really! I played it a lot for inspirations :-) I'm
not into copying it's gameplay though, but I though about ripping more
graphics out of it. I especially liked the undertaker carrying you away,
once you were shot. Maybe...

BTW: Despite Gunfight, there's also an Outlaw port for the Atari 800,
which has some really cool graphics! And then there's another game
called Showdown, which is similar too. I play all of them regularly for
inspirations and to get a feeling for this type'o'game. These A800 games
are better then the Arcades of Gunfight & Boothill IMHO. Maybe I'm
adding some page about these cowboy games soon to my homepage, so that
everybody can see were the Gunfight 2600 inspirations came from :-)
