The control element is what makes these games great! Ok...deep breath. I've never seen the GBA, so I don't know what it's capable of. But if these buttons are just standard digital inputs, using them to simulate paddles would *kill* the games. I used to play Kaboom! for hours at a time. In fact, I just picked it up again last night while testing the 2600 AV mod...it was only a test, but I wound up wasting an hour without noticing. And I scored 2969 points! :) Ahem...back to my point. I can't stand Kaboom! on emulators that use keyboard input. Or any of the other paddle games. They're awful. > I hope this clears up some misconceptions that everyone has been having and > can list more games that they love. Hmmm...most of the games I'd like to see have already been listed. But here are a few that come to mind, in no particular order: Superman Bump&Jump Pitfall Pitfall 2 Demon Attack Kaboom! Circus Atari Warlords Indy 500 Night Driver Enduro Pete Rose Baseball Raiders of the Lost Ark A Boy and His Blob Centipede Millipede Miniature Golf Adventure Gorf Mountain King Dragon Fire Spiderman Mario Brothers Star Wars: ESB River Raid Galaxian Space Invaders Decathlon Sinistar Maze Craze Casino Surround Asteroids Ms. Pac Man Midnight Magic Montezuma's Revenge H.E.R.O. Space Shuttle: A Journey into Space Frogger Dig Dug Pole Position That's it for now. Oh...and I was just kidding about A Boy and His Blob and Sinistar. I don't know anything that you guys don't. ;) Though if they were available then...YES! -Chris - Archives (includes files) at http://www.biglist.com/lists/stella/archives/ Unsub & more at http://www.biglist.com/lists/stella/
