Hey,
It seems to me a reasonable solution to the Gameline resurrection is to
figure a hardware connection from the Gameline Modem to your computer and
then computer to an online emulated Gameline. Otherwise the cost of long
distance charges and what not will get insane for any players not in your
city. Besides, once it's figured out how to get the Gameline online the
maintaining of it can be under the care of several people not one person.
That would seem to make it possible for the Gameline to become a permanent
fixture of the 2600 related internet and not a series of temperary
re-surfacings. Any ideas?
