Okay, the switches work if I disable my keyboard reading routine, or if I move the switch reader before the keyboard reader in VBLANK. As is, I have the keyboard reader in VBLANK and the switch reader in Overscan.

The Difficulty and B&W switches work fine. I don't touch the SWBCNT register. Just SWACNT, and I do set it back to zero when I'm done reading the keyboards. I tried Concentration and Codebreaker and they both work okay. Weird.
