The highest resolution for patterns are 48 pixel (maybe 49 if
you use the ball too). And you cannot stretch these. The only
thing you can do is to "cheat" and mix some PF graphics (like
the title screen of Marble Craze) into.
For colours, the resolution is even lower, because changing a
color register requires at least 3 cycles (= 9 pixel), and
loading these values needs some extra cycles too.
