Has anyone yet written a tool that takes an arbitrary image, resizes it to
48x128, does the splitting into three color channels, and then runs it
through banker to produce the appropriate data tables?
If not, is this useful, or is there so much hand-tweaking of the image
that goes on that I shouldn't bother?
