You can't run dasm on Windows 2000, it is a dos based program.

My current build command looks like this:

; build command:
; dasm filename.asm -f3 -v2 -ofilname.bin -lfilename.list -sfilename.sym

which is the same as yours except I like to generate a list file and a
symbol file. I am running DASM for Macintosh OS 9.
