[stella] INV with PAL timing - inv40104.bin

Could some kind soul test this binary on PAL hardware?  I haven't done any
PAL coloring yet, but I'd like verification that the PAL 50Hz timing
works.  After it boots up, flip the switch from Color to B/W and then back
to Color, and it switches to PAL timing.  It adds 25 extra blank lines
each at the top and bottom so it should center the display vertically.

Z26 and PCAEWin both show a consistent 262 scanlines in NTSC mode and 312
in PAL, so it should work fine, but I'd really appreciate confirmation
from a PAL 2600 and TV.  Should work fine on a Supercharger or Cuttle or
anything.
