Nope, unfortunately it isn't possible to distribute dll's with the standard
webplayer.
It can only be done with the the behavioral server.
In dev 2.5 a lot of the functionality of the sdk is exposed through the new
vsl scripting language
For vsl you don't need the sdk, therefore no dll's and so it makes a lot of
current sdk work available for use on the web.
Hopefully your funky dll is implementable in vsl ;)
