   Unfortunately, I'm fairly certain this can only be done with the
page-sequence flow object, using alternating page models for front and
back pages.  Jade/OpenJade only supports the simple-page-sequence
object right now, though there has been talk here and there about what
it would take to support at least a subset of the full page-sequence
functionality, so maybe something in the near future we'll support
some of the simpler things such as this.
