Thanks for your detailed response. I'm glad that someone with more knowledge
of formatting tried before I plunged into the deep! I guess I'll just have
to wait till FOP or another XSL processor has an RTF backend. Meanwhile I
can just use a DSSSL stylesheet on my XML source directly.
