Of the books in your search, I have Dybvig and use it as my reference.  But
for learning Scheme I found these books to be the most useful:

For DSSSL/Scheme there is no specific book but sections and chapters in a
variety of books. You have one of the best in "DocBook: The Definitive
Guide". Norm also transformed the DSSSL Standard in to an extremely useful
HTMLHelp format. Sorry but I have lost the URL for it, but I could email it
to you if you wish.
