I wonder what would happen if a dozen different people (or small groups) each
crafted a "JATS Lite" and we compared them. It might be that there would be
enough consensus on what should and should not be there that we could discuss
only the places where there was substantial disagreement. (Or, we might find
that there is no consensus at all, and that would be interesting, too.)
