Sorry about that. I forgot about the magic WSYNC right after the screen
gets turned on that keeps the top end of the screen nice and neat. So my
kernal drew 193 scanlines instead of 192.

Actually, I'm suprised at how many of us on this list speak Japanese.
I was almost expecting to get messages like "What the heck did you waste
time doing that for, you're the only one who will use it." when I posted
the Hiragana font.

Well, now that I've got independant multiple copies of a sprite on the
screen I think I'll work on the Katakana font. More people will probably
find that useful. It's used for borrowed words like

conpyuutaa    - computer
anime(shon) - animation
doru        - dollar

As well as foreigner's names and company names. 

To be honest though, I don't know which is harder. Learning to speak Japanese
or learning to speak "2600". I think the english called Japanese "The Devil's
Language" only because there were no 2600s around at that time for them to
program.
