No, it wasn't a released game, just something that passed around pirate
BBSes. It was called something simple like Libya Squad and the line was
something like "Those were Kadafi's children!" It was intentionally easy
to maximize the amount of cartoon killing you'd do, like a Joecartoon.com
sort of thing but cruder.
