Okay, I just implemented a just-in-time file pull from Biglist.
Give it a try. The filename in the open/save dialogue will now be correct
since the end result is a javascript redirect to a copy of the file I
downloaded and renamed on my server.
I use Opera at home and it works fine for me. Should work for most
browsers regardless of platform or even if you have a popup blocker.
