If you're suggesting that SGML is a subset of XML, that's #f.
XML is a subset of SGML.
| #t = subset(XML XMLnamespace)
XML is a subset of XML+Namespaces
| #f = subset(SGML XMLnamespace)
The relationship between SGML and XML+Namespaces isn't a simple subset.
If you use consistent, explicit, and distinct namespace prefixes,
XML+Namespaces is just like XML (from the point of view of an SGML
parser).
